You have probably tracked your period before. This is not that.
This is a map built around what PMDD actually does to you — the emotional weight, the shift you feel coming, the phases that ask more of you, and the ones where you have more to give.
Not medical advice. Built by someone with PMDD who needed this tool and built it herself.
This Was Built For You If

You want tools that actually account for how PMDD works — not general cycle content
You want to better understand your cycle and finally have something to work with
You are ready to accept that you are cyclical and finally build a life that works with that truth

Your Cycle Map
Here Is Where You Are
Your personalized PMDD cycle map.
What This Map Is Really About
You Are Not Inconsistent. You Are Cyclical.
Your cycle map is not a performance tracker. It is not something to optimize or perfect. It is a map of your natural terrain — showing you where you are at any given point and what that phase asks of you.
For women with PMDD the cycle is not linear. It rises and falls, expands and contracts, brightens and deepens. Every phase is real. You are real in every phase. Accepting that you are cyclical — not inconsistent, not too much — is the first and most important thing this map can offer you.
This map is not about tracking symptoms. It is about finally understanding your own rhythm so you can move through it with a little more grace and a lot less shame.
"This is not about fixing your cycle. It is about finally understanding it."
Your PMDD Cycle Map
Your map is based on your average cycle length. Cycles shift — that is normal. If your rhythm changes come back anytime and generate a fresh map with your updated dates.

Cycle Clarity Vocabulary
The Shift
What happens in the late luteal phase when estrogen and progesterone drop sharply and the brain's GABA receptors respond abnormally. Something changes — your emotional state, your capacity, your sense of self. This is not a character flaw. It is a neurological event with a name. And it ends.
The Cycle
The full monthly rhythm your body moves through — not just your period but the complete hormonal and emotional landscape from day one to the next. For PMDD women this cycle is the framework everything else lives inside of.
Capacity
How much you are genuinely able to give in any given phase. Not how much you should be able to give. Not how much you gave last cycle. Your actual real present capacity. Honoring it is not weakness. It is wisdom.
Accepting What You Can Do
Cycle Syncing
The practice of aligning your schedule, energy, and commitments with your cycle phases. For PMDD women this is not optional wellness content. It is a practical tool for building a life that works with your biology instead of against it.
The Preparation Window
The early luteal phase — the days before The Shift arrives. This is when you lower your commitments, prepare your environment, and take care of yourself so the harder days have some scaffolding around them. This is self care, not defeat.
Cyclical Living
Accepting that you will not be the same person every week and building a life that honors that truth. Not as a limitation but as a way of living that is finally honest about how you actually work.
Your Map Over Time
What Cycle Mapping Builds
Your cycle map is most powerful when you use it across multiple cycles. The first month gives you awareness. The second gives you patterns. By the third you begin to build a personal map of your own unique terrain — what your follicular feels like, how early your Shift arrives, what your body needs in recovery.
You stop being ambushed by The Shift because you can see it coming
You learn which days are genuinely high capacity and plan your biggest work there
You communicate your needs to people around you before you are in the hardest phase
You stop apologizing for being cyclical and start building a life that works with it
You build a personal record of what actually helps during each phase of your specific cycle
You begin to trust yourself across all phases because you finally understand what is happening and why
How to Use Your Cycle Map
01
Check Your Calendar Each Week
Your cycle phases are already loaded into your calendar with reminders. At the start of each week check which phase you are entering. That awareness changes how you plan, communicate, and care for yourself.
02
Add to Your Calendar
Download your ICS file and import it into any calendar app. Your phases appear as events with gentle reminders so you are never ambushed again.
03
Honor Your Capacity
Use each phase card as a guide for what your mind and body actually need right now. Not what you think you should need. What is actually true.
